Our client, a media services company, is looking for a full-time Associate Director, Paid Social, to join their growing media team as client requests increase and new clients are acquired.

This is an exciting, remote, full-time opportunity, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. They offer extensive benefits, competitive salary and excellent work-life balance.

The Associate Director, Paid Social will be:
- leading the overall strategy development and execution across a large client, including but not limited to: social listening and strategy, paid social, and social analytics
- client facing, being the primary strategic partner for assigned client(s) related to social media, strategy and paid
- train and mentor junior employees on the back end management of paid social programs across networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and others
- creating POVs and thought leadership pieces showcasing knowledge in the social space while developing an understanding of the clients brands and determine how social media can provide a benefit to their audiences
- managing a team of social media analysts, helping them grow and develop into full stack social media marketers while partnering with the insights and analytics team to create and define measurement plans
- assisting the predictive analytics team in utilizing native language processing of social media data to predict content and behavior analysis opportunities

This Associate Director, Paid Social Will have:
- at least 5-8 years working in social media - specifically paid social managing profiles, paid advertising and analytics across networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube
- experience from the healthcare, pharma
- agency experience is a must have
- strong quantitative analysis skills
- ability to make recommendations of statistically significant data sets
- ability to articulate strategies thoughtfully and to the point
- strong business and leadership skills to make independent decisions affecting the daily operations and management of campaigns
