Our client, a media services company, is looking for a full-time Media Manager, to join their growing media team as client requests increase and new clients are acquired.

This is an exciting, remote, full-time opportunity, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. They offer extensive benefits, competitive salary and excellent work-life balance.

The Media Manager will be:
- directly implementing client strategies, while managing deadlines and budgets
- developing, mentoring, managing team members
- working hand in hand with the VP of Media Operations to ensure billing is accurate and timely
- developing and presenting comprehensive media plans utilizing journal and non-journal formats
- identifying, selling, and executing new media communication opportunities, acting as the point person on group assignments
- prepare and present agency capabilities, (Product Manager Orientation, Media Plans, and New Media Presentations) internally and externally
- managing account service plans for the group, monitoring actual revenue/hours against estimates and updating the client when changes are necessary

This Media Manager will have:
- 4-6 years in a similar role, acting as Supervisor or Management role
- Business degree or equivalent experience, Masters degree a plus
- at least 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in the healthcare or pharma industry
- agency experience is a must have
- knowledge of multichannel media planning and digital strategy tactics
- proficiency utilizing MS Office to create and manage spreadsheets, word processing, presentation graphics, communications, e-mail, internet, and filing archiving software, Word, Excel, PPT
- experience in managing client relationships and expectations
