Our client, a digital marketing agency, is looking for a full- time Digital Marketing Analyst who can gather, interpret, and
present insights related to client website and marketing campaign performance. This person is an expert in implementing, troubleshooting and tracking custom events and conversions within Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone that loves to be client facing, building relationships and has a passion for marketing and agency life! This is a full-time, Monday - Friday opportunity with benefits. The ideal candidate will be located on the East Coast and able to travel to their office for full company meetings or requested client meetings.

The Digital Marketing Analyst will be:
- identifying and tracking the appropriate KPIs for each client based on agreed-upon business goals, campaign budgets, historic performance and/or industry benchmarks
- tracking events such as form submissions, thank you page visits, page scroll depth, button clicks, video views, etc.
- measuring website performance through the analysis of traffic, leads, conversion rates, SEO rankings and engagement metrics
- tracking digital advertising performance, including impressions, clicks, conversions, engagement
metrics, and overall ROI for each campaign
- experience configuring Google Data Studio dashboards to display key performance indicators related to client campaigns
- developing custom reports that aggregate monthly metrics
- presenting takeaways and recommendations to key internal and client stakeholders, with the ability to educate and inform them on what the data means

This Digital Marketing Analyst will have:
- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing , business or analytics
- at least 3 years in marketing or analyst role
- Google Certification required
- must have experience working within Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to set up insight tags and custom conversions, this includes installing pixels from those platforms in Google Tag Manager
- hands on experience implementing organic and paid search campaigns, organic and paid social, display, email marketing, customer relationship management systems, HTML, website tag management/taxonomy, and Google tools
- proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, comfort and understanding working with numbers, data sets, spreadsheets
