Our client, one of the largest residential and commercial service providing company's in North America, is looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator for an exciting full-time opportunity!

This is an opportunity for someone who is looking to join a team, a company and family that strives to meet their values and mission each day, doing so with communication, respect and pride. This position is fully remote, Monday - Friday, with occasional travel to their market locations for client meetings or training.

This Marketing Coordinator will be:
- assisting the Director of Media with daily projects and tasks to ensure execution of media campaigns for their 30+ market locations
- helping to drive residential and commercial leads and bookings, brand awareness, and market share
- providing their market locations support from the marketing team, and team members in other departments, to result in cross-departmental collaboration and consistency across their Franchise locations
- assessing media agency presentation content for accuracy
- collecting comparative market data for evaluating business metrics
- including relevant industry data to support meeting outcomes
- attending market meetings focused on taking copious notes to action post-meeting
- providing meeting notes with next step actions list and final decisions to all meeting attendees in a timely manner
- communicating market decisions in a timely manner with media agency and digital vendors
- documenting all decisions in their Management Tool website for multi-department use

The Marketing Coordinator will have:
- at least 3 years experience in mass media and/or digital marketing experience
- experience and understanding of how to review media plans and interact with mass media and digital subject matter experts in a knowledgeable manner
- an assertive nature with high attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to balance many tasks at once
- proficiency in MS Office, PPT and Excel
- experience working in a franchise environment or multi-location organization is a plus
