Our client, a leading provider for comprehensive tax solutions, is looking for a Senior Digital Experience Manager and a Digital Experience Manager to join their internal marketing team to help with their overall digital experience and strategy for their organizations corporate website and external-facing web properties.

These are remote, full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday positions. This company offers a collaborative culture, competitive salary and extensive benefits that begin on day one of employment.

The Senior Digital Experience Manager will and have:
- driving their long-term Web strategy, maturing modern marketing approaches balancing data, technology, design, and customer needs
- responsible for the overall direction of the organizations corporate website and external-facing web properties, creating an optimal, compelling, and personalized audience-first experience
- leveraging data analytics, personalization strategies, and automation to help increase demand, while strengthening the positioning of their global brand
- working within an agile framework, managing a team of individual contributors and external vendors, comprised of UX design, Web Architecture, Analytics, and Automation
- utilizing analytics to track and manage performance, inform decisions on web site content, priorities and applies real-time understanding of asset consumption, that drives to improve conversion
- collaborating on the development of innovative, segment-relevant omnichannel audience experiences and personalization strategies, customizing messages to multiple visitor segments and personas

- at least 15 years experience in digital strategy or digital design with a focus on optimization and website development
- six or more years of direct management experience, working collaboratively with multiple teams
- Bachelor's Degree required
- experience across all practice areas including search, web, digital advertising, marketing
- experience at medium to large scale global technology companies, preferably with B2B or SaaS space
- experience with user personas, journey mapping, personalization across a journey, ability to understand a content flows and ability to develop a strategy
- proficiency within marketing automation tools and A/B testing platforms; Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, GTM, Google Analytics, Gather Content or similar, Drupal is a plus

The Digital Experience Manager will be and have:
- responsible for driving conversion rate optimization, personalization, and AB testing efforts for their website, landing pages and microsites
- using knowledge of design, UX, testing, and product management to optimize website performance
- work closely with their brand, demand generation, digital, partner, product, and technical teams
- ensuring the website continues to deliver high volumes of qualified leads to support their sales organization

- 6+ years experience in a User Experience, Digital Experience or similar
- at least 5 years experience running a B2B corporate website for a high-growth tech company leveraging a CMS Drupal preferred
- SEO fundamentals, SEO both technical and content
B2B experience a must
- experience managing a web/digital agency preferred
- proficiency in Drupal, familiar with HTML, CSS
- experience with agile development and PM methodologies required
- experience with any of the following is nice to have: Invoca (Dialog Tech), GA Tag Manager, Crazy Egg, Optimize 360 A/B Testing, Postmark, Clean Talk, gather content content/workflow tool, etc.
