Agency with strong traditional roots and a quickly-growing digital practice seeks a Lead Programmatic and Search Strategist to join the team on a full-time basis.

This Strategist will be the day to day account lead on assigned programmatic and paid search media accounts, overseeing the development of strategies and analysis.

Get ready to:
- Work closely with the team to ensure campaigns are meeting or exceeding delivery and performance goals
- Ensure cutting-edge use of data targeting and audience buying are being delivered
- Set up and maintain multiple PPC campaigns in AdWords, including monitoring, tracking, reporting and optimization
- Lead client strategy and reporting calls
- Manage workflow of junior team members to ensure client deliverables and deadlines are met
- Analyze data to make optimization recommendations
partner with analytics and media teams to develop KPIs and measurement plans

Must haves:
- 4+ years of hands on DSP programmatic media buying experience
- Experience with The Trade Desk, DV360 or similar platform
- Significant experience running ad campaigns on a variety of programmatic, search and social media platforms
- Certification in Google AdWords and/or Facebook
- Experience managing multiple clients in a fast-paced environment

Nice to haves:
- Agency experience
- Dataroma experience
- Experience in the financial or healthcare verticals
