Our client, a global leader in technology, consulting and interactive life sciences is building a technology driven agency; 'the agency of the future'. They support the worlds top 15 Pharma companies and are looking for a Pharma Account Director who is hungry to sell and grow their business to join their cutting edge team

***This role is remote now, but would move into a hybrid role of 2/3 days onsite at the clients office in the future.

***The client will be offering funds for relocation!

The Account Director Capabilities:
+ Must have strong face to face Pharma Experience
+ Experience with Business Development
+ Must be a SME (Subject Matter Expect) in the Integrated Marketing Services realm within the Pharma space
+ Must be Hungry to grow and sell business
+ Being data centric and analytical is a plus
+ Will have a proven record for client satisfaction, increasing account revenue and overall growth, and experienced as a team leader.

The Account Director Responsibilities:
+ Will be the POC of a Pharmaceutical client; handling all communication and sales on marketing and digital solution activities.
+ Executing client marcom strategies + biz dev strategies
+ Acquiring new business and growing the account
+ Managing and growing the client relationship
+ Supporting/creating effective digital solutions across all channels
+ Supporting the client with brand strategy, working with a marketing strategist to develop online advertising and programs (website initiatives, apps, social, others).
+ Liaising between the agency and the client partner in regards to articulating client?s brand objectives and needs to our internal teams and being responsible for client relationships.
