Our client, a medical communications company is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to join their growing team! This is a Full Time roll with a hybrid model to be onsite at least 3x per week in Cranbury, NJ!

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Digital Technology, the Digital Content Specialist will be responsible for the coordination, programming, and administration of medical content across various channels. This individual will be responsible for creating and editing emails, websites, surveys, and occasional projects on other digital mediums. Strong organizational skills are a must, as the Digital Content Specialist will be working on a number of simultaneous projects, and is responsible for their timely delivery.

Responsibilities day to day could include:
- Developing cross-promotional content across a network of publications for healthcare professionals
- Sending emails to the proper contact lists, and maintaining those lists
- Web/Email/Advertisement Metrics reporting
- Posting videos online, and promoting them through emails
- Building out market research surveys utilizing Survey Monkey and promoting them through emails
- Coding and uploading print issues to websites from InDesign documents
- Updating content on necessary website modules/pages
- Light Adobe Suite updates in Photoshop such as cropping/resizing photos
- Light HTML coding while making updates to websites
- Working in Joomla to maintain websites
- Monitoring trends and changes related to the digital space

Qualifications:
- Significant experience with digital media including hands on capabilities for design and programming of content-heavy digital deliverables
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Dreamweaver, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
- Content management, programming, and digital design skills leveraging Joomla!, WordPress, Dreamweaver, HTML5, CSS3, CMS and FTP software
- Experience working with email marketing systems like Bronto, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, etc
- Working knowledge of online survey creation, and understanding survey logic/skips/etc.
- Proficient in MAC, PC computers and mobile devices
- Bachelors or minimum of two 2 years? experience with production of digital products and services, preferably in a healthcare/pharmaceutical or publishing environment
- Javascript knowledge a plus
- Experience with video and audio editing a plus
