Our client, a capabilities and development company, that develops and delivers programs and training courses across the globe, within the pharmaceutical space, is looking to hire an Instructional Designer.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in their Philadelphia office about 2-3 days per week.

There is a possibility that this position can start freelance and turn into a full-time role in early 2022.

This Instructional Designer will be:
- developing end to end innovative solutions in line with the company's goal of developing the skills and capabilities of individuals and teams to transform performance to meet business needs
- developing courses and training programs that deliver change
- working with the client team to develop business with prospective clients and identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts
- assisting in the training administration including survey results, analysis and reporting

The Instructional Designer will have:
- at least 5-8 years experience in similar role, learning or instructional designer, developing content for training, learning and development courses and programs
- Bachelors degree is required
- prior experience working in the pharma space is ideal
- experience or background in higher education, learning and development
- an analytical and consultative mindset to assess demands and requirements
- proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
