Our agency client is looking for a Social Media / Content Director to join their team!

This is an exciting full-time opportunity to become part of an innovative creative agency deeply rooted in the kids entertainment industry!

Social Media / Content Director Responsibilities:
- Own all aspects of social strategy, content creation, influencer partnerships and social presence
- Strategize and develop and create engaging content & social campaigns, launches, giveaways and partnerships
- Assist in marketing decisions using analysis of data
- Create and own content calendar ensuring it is in line with client and company goals
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
- Manage all influencer engagement, i.e. contracts, collabs and campaigns from conception to execution.
- Analyze and report highest performing and impactful content
- Collaborate with Creative director overseeing a small team of designers

Social Media / Content Director Requirements:
- You have a passion for kids pop-culture and a love of movies, TV, cartoons, comics, books and other forms of entertainment!
- You have a proven track record of working with big brands, flushing out creative campaigns and interacting directly with influencers
- You are strategically-minded and bring innovative ideas with plans to execute to the table
- You have a reputation for being a great team manager and leader, and have experience creating and cultivating teams of content creators
- You are able to effectively communicate timelines, milestones, and expectation to your team.
- You have a strong understanding of maintaining brand voice and executing consistent presence
- You have exceptional project leadership, copywriting skills and attention to details.
