Fashion brand is seeking a Retention Marketing Manager to join their growing innovative team! This role will report to the Director of eCommerce and work closely with the Director of Creative Services and Sr. Product Managers.

This role is offsite during Covid and will eventually be onsite in Vernon, Los Angeles.

Retention Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- This role will have a stakeholder interaction component; specifically, interacting with marketing, content, and creative teams
- Optimize campaigns for email, SMS, app push and on-site by testing subject lines, creative, copy, send time, etc.
- Develop lifecycle campaigns such as onboarding flows, retention, at risk of lapsing emails and winback strategies
- Identify customer segments that are integrated into lifecycle flows with personalized content
- Overhaul existing flows with new ideas and strategies
- Support development of emails testing plans, reporting and provide recommendations
- Provide a mobile-first approach to optimize emails
- Analyze daily, weekly and monthly results; report on insights and ways to optimize campaigns
- Own end-to-end management of all retention campaigns; ensuring flawless execution
- Maintain email deliverability across all IPs using Return Path and partner with Return Path to resolve issues

Retention Marketing Manager Requirements:
- 3-5+ years experince in fashion/ecommerce
- Experience working with Klaviyo and/or Sailthru
- Experience with key email metrics to support and recommend innovative marketing strategies
- Knowledge in CAN-SPAM, GDPR and email best practices
- Innovative thinker, excited to be a part of a brand that is on the cutting edge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict and aggressive deadlines
