Merchandising Ops Analyst - Fully Remote/Off-site

A retail company is seeking a Merchandising Ops Analyst to join their team in a remote capacity for a 6 month freelance capacity. This is a freelance, 40-hour-per-week position lasting through April 2021. There is opportunity for conversion to a salaried position after April.

- Manage the marketplaces commerce digital catalogs, pricing/discount strategy, and pages contents
- Expert on configuration and optimization of the marketplaces platforms
- Oversee catalog uploads and QA the catalogs within the marketplaces front-ends.
- Work with development team to maintain/create data feeds for the catalog.
- Front end QA, testing fulfilment capabilities, and marketplaces accounts creation/configuration.
- Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly to reports on KPIs, campaign success, inventory, product sales, top conversion paths, and merchandising.
- Assist in creating and managing a seasonal, monthly, and weekly marketplaces content calendar

- 3 - 5 years of ecommerce and/or marketplaces commerce merchandising / ops
- Catalog and product display pages management is a must
- Experience in a DAM (Adobe Scene 7 preferred)
- Familiarity with marketplaces backends
- Strong excel and databases management skills
- Experience with Basic RDBMS and consolidation of different sources of data (API, SQL Database, CSV, S3 and ftp files etc.) into a centralized data source.
- Agile scrum working experience is a plus
- Familiarity with JIRA & Confluence or similar tracking and management tools is a plus
- Need basis perform business impact analysis, develop user stories with acceptance criteria
