Our client in the Technology space is looking for a talented Demand Generation Director to join their team and lead the building and scaling of Digital Marketing and Account Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.

Demand Generation Director Responsibilities:
- Assist with the launch of an Account Based Marketing (ABM) program to supply solution-oriented use case and persona-based messaging across various mediums that is personalized for key industries and audiences
- Define, implement, and measure inbound and outbound demand generation programs, including ABM, webinars, events, review sites, email, website, digital, sponsorships, social media and more
- Coordinate webinar development, including topics, speakers, and timing, between internal stakeholders across departments
- Establish multivariate testing across various mediums to maximize conversions and optimize campaigns
- Execute lead scoring and nurturing programs
- Set and manage program objectives, budget and metrics to meet specific lead generation and revenue goals
- Leverage marketing systems, including Salesforce.com, Pardot, and SalesLoft to automate program workflow and monitor results
- Track, measure, and analyze conversion & campaign performance; improve overall program effectiveness over time
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders; sales, product management, executives and marketing/creative teams(including external agencies as appropriate) to ensure programs meet business objectives
- No immediate direct reports, but opportunity to manage team in 6 - 12 months

Demand Generation Director Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant Demand Generation / Digital Marketing work experience, preferably within B2B technology marketing
- 2+ years of experience and full understanding of Account Based Marketing (ABM) with the ability to lead implementation of all processes
- Experience developing marketing campaigns including email, nurture, webinars, and digital advertising
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools
- Tech / Cybersecurity industry is a plus!
