Our insurance client is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to help their team.

They are looking for a B2C Digital Marketing Manager to work internally and with external agency partners to help their paid media, SEO, conversion optimization and some reputation management.

The Digital Marketing Manager will assist in the execution of all digital campaigns, optimizing traffic, improving website conversion, and help to maximize lead generation and sales.

Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
-Managing, and optimizing digital media efforts across search, organic, display, social, video and native with agency partners
-Utilize customer and 3rd party data to identify and address consumer segments and feedback
-Testing/optimizing of ad creatives across multiple formats and website and landing page CRO testing.
-Work with agency and internal digital analytics team to analyze performance data across entire funnel as well as potential areas for optimization/testing

Digital Marketing Manager Requirements:
- 7 years of digital marketing/media experience (SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Paid Search) across B2C
- Experience with testing and optimizing campaigns
- Proficient in Google Analytics, AdWords and testing tools.

Looking for someone who can walk through their experience, how they handled certain situations and what they might do in certain hypotheticals.
