Our eCommerce agency client is seeking a Remote Director of Creative Performance
with a specific focus on overseeing paid media and social media campaigns, with experience leading and managing a creative team within a DTC and eCommerce environment.

The Remote Director of Creative Performance (Paid Media Strategy/Facebook Ads) Duties:
-Live and breathed Facebook performance + creative advertising in your last role: From Facebook Ad strategy, to developing creative, to monitoring performance within Facebook Ads and paid media
-Oversee a cross functional team of creatives including designers focused on paid media/social, content strategists and copywriters, content creators (photo/video), in the development of eCommerce advertising
-Goal for this new role: develop a "creative first" department, and culturally a "creative first" mindset internally
-Pitch large campaigns to high level stakeholders and collaborate directly with company founders and executive teams

The Remote Director of Creative Performance (Paid Media Strategy/Facebook Ads)Requirements:
-10+ years as a creative leader, and 7+ years in an agency and/or eCommerce environment
-Expert knowledge: Facebook Ad Manager, Shopify, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Copywriting
-Ability to think about brands from a 360 degree approach
-A PASSION for all these paid and social media, and a deep understanding for tech and advertising trends within Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
-Must have experience managing/leading a team (10+ in size preferred)
