ABOUT OUR CLIENT:
Our client is a privately held casual dining restaurant with over 700 franchise locations worldwide.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
They are seeking a Vice President of Marketing Communications to lead their cross-channel branding, marketing communications and advertising efforts. Reporting to the President and Chief Concept Officer, the Vice President, Marketing Communications will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy and related cross-channel tactics designed to improve brand perceptions, drive traffic among current users and acquire new customers, while maximize ROI. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in traditional media creative and media as well as extensive experience developing and deploying marketing campaigns in new media channels including digital, social and one-to-one marketing (CRM). In addition, the candidate must have experience working in a fast-pace, restaurant or retail environment that requires the development of a significant amount of creative and the management of media strategies in across multiple channels.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 10 years of marketing experience with 5+ years in creative, media, and digital / social
• Minimum of 5+ years of management experience is required
• Ability to drive strategy specifically in digital, CRM and new media. Experience with overseeing Television Commercial strategy and production.
• Proven track record of driving business results (sales and EBITDA/Profits)
• Extensive experience leading and managing external agency relationships
• Casual dining / restaurant or Advertising Agency experience is highly preferred
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree required
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred
• Player/Coach mindset that generates work product in addition to directing and leading it. Provides a hands-on, inspirational management style that includes the ability to play comfortably at the strategic level but also being hands-on as required to ensure effective execution of all programs

**This role is based in Orlando, FL and the client is willing to offer a relocation package for out of town candidates.
