One of our well known clients is looking to hire a Retention Marketing Manager to join their team!

The Retention Marketing Manager will work remotely during COVID, 40 hours/week and have the potential to go full time.

Retention Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Increase subscriber engagement with multiple brands and content by maintaining marketing efforts across onsite messaging, in app, email, organic social, paid media, smart speaker promotion, etc
- Establish a content retargeting strategy and A/B testing
- Review data and insights and provide optimizations and actionable plans
- Work cross functionally with Customer Service, Email, Social Media, Data and Creative teams
- Leading the build of a comprehensive year-round marketing calendar for subscriber retention efforts
- Manage cross functional teams to execute calendar tactics and analyze performance for key retention insights

Retention Marketing Manager Requirements:
- 4+ years of marketing experience (B2C) including leading multi-channel initiatives (digital and offline) and customer segmentation
- Strong experience in retention marketing or customer loyalty/brand advocacy roles
- Experience executing consumer campaigns for a consumer facing product
- Strong analytical skills are a must; able to interpret and present data to provide insightful, tactical recommendations
