eCommerce Analyst is looking for a CRM Analyst to join their team.

CRM Analyst Responsibilities:
-Generate customer segmentation for email marketing, online and direct marketing campaigns
-Develop cross-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns/journeys
-Develop reports and analyze business trends and campaign performance

CRM Analyst Requirements:
-2+ years CRM experience
-Experience writing CRM queries in SQL
-Expert level in Excel
-Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail
-Must have experience manipulating and analyzing complex, high volume data
-Retail, eCommerce and/or B2C marketing experience highly preferred
-Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud a huge plus!
