Fashion retail/ecommerce client is seeking a Web Analyst to to join their vastly growing team with a lot of visibility and potential growth!

Responsibilities:
- Lead collection, measurement, reporting, and analysis of web behavioral data
- Create, implement and audit measurement frameworks (KPIs, tagging plans, reporting, analysis etc)
- Help identify and mend data gaps, source issues, and data inaccuracies
- Make recommendations impacting site, content, marketing, and e-commerce
- Utilize insights to inform A/B and multivariate testing

Must Haves:
- 2+ years experience
- Google Tag Management
- Data analytics with web, but does not need to be ecomm
- Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Solid understanding of technical intricacies of campaign tracking, data collection, related tools and relevant topics (data layers, cookies, privacy, tracking tag, and data governance)

Nice to Haves:
- BI Tool experience like Tableau
- SQL (Google Big Query)
