eCommerce client is looking for a Email & CRM Manager to join their growing team!

Email & CRM Manager Responsibilities:
-Create strategies and execute email campaign to drive sales and loyalty engagement
-Use data, consumer insights and test new email campaign segments
-Develop CRM campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail and content)
-A/B testing
-Manage promotional calendars

Emails & CRM Manager Requirements:
-4+ years CRM, loyalty, email and lifecycle marketing experience
-Managed email lists 300K+ subscribers for consumer brands
-Extensive eCommerce experience
-Experience manage junior level candidates
-Data driven and strong analytical skills
-Working knowledge of Excel, (HTML, CSS skills a plus!)
-Ability to manage projects across all teams
-Thrive in a fast paced startup environment
