Our agency client in Madison, WI is seeking a full time Social Media Account Manager.

Social Media Account Manager Primary Responsibilities:
- 50% social media strategy for 3 primary and 3-6 secondary accounts
- 25-30% long form content writing and strategy: client case studies, white papers, website copy
- 20-25% account/project management for your 6-9 accounts

Social Media Account Manager position breakdown:
- Social Strategy: create strategy to engage target audience, align with the overall brand strategy, work with paid social team to make recommendations
- Social Content: work with creative team on video, graphics, branded content, etc. Help with recommendations on creative pieces to be featured on social and monitor performance/make recommendations for improvement on future content/creative
- Track success: review social metrics, track KPI's and find room for improvement on future content and social focuses
- Team Collaboration: very integrated approach. help mentor junior account people assigned to your clients (no direct reports), work alongside the PR, creative, and other account team members. work with PR and Media teams to cross reference your strategy and their to ensure alignment.
- Writing: create content strategy for your set group of clients, write all pieces to be created and submit to creative director for tweaks/feedback
