Our client, a healthcare focused ad agency, is seeking an on-site Associate Account Executive to assist their team.

Account Coordinator will work closely with Account Executives/Supervisors/Directors to support a well-known pharmaceutical brand on promotional print/digital campaigns.

Account Coordinator Responsibilities:
-Develop communications plans for assigned products which support approved marketing strategies
-Manage development of projects from initiation to completion, on time, within budget and on strategy
-Monitor advertising budget

Account Coordinator Qualifications:
-1 to 2+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
-Bachelor’s Degree (emphasis in advertising or marketing preferred)
-Project management skills (has taken a project from start to finish)
-Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) on PC
-Knowledge of how an advertising agency operates
-Thorough knowledge of conventional advertising and marketing techniques/terminology
