Hot social agency client is seeking a Media Strategist to join their growing team.

Media Strategist Responsibilities:
- Build, deploy, track & optimize social media campaigns (in platform) executing defined strategy to achieve goals
- Set-up, run, optimize and report in social platforms including Facebooks Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager and YouTube AdWords
- A/B testing, brand lift surveys & other attribution based measurement studies
- Analyze campaign performance and make recommendations based on analysis
- Work attribution partners (Brand Awareness, Sales Lift, Tune In, etc.) to develop media strategies
- Develop audience strategy using campaign briefs and target audience research analysis

Media Strategist Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in paid social media, agency experience is a MUST
- Bachelor's degree
- You have demonstrated ability to not only execute paid social campaigns but have taken a deep dive on developing a full campaigns from concept to reporting on performance
- You know NUMBERS, must have strong analytics and reporting skills to assess and campaigns and provide insight on campaign performance and how it can be improved based on hard data
- Having working with large scale budgets, i.e. $150-$350k/month
