Online supplement retailer client is seeking a Senior Manager, CRM to lead overall CRM strategy including Email, SMS, Push and In-App.

Senior Manager, CRM Responsibilities:
- Develop CRM strategy to leverage email, push, in-app, etc.to drive onboarding, LTV improvement, advocacy, retention & winback
- Work with teams to develop and enhance features for personalized marketing
- Manage program performance ensuring campaigns have clear metrics to report against
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing to optimize and increase CRM programs, including lifecycle trigger, transactional messaging, and large-scale campaigns

Senior Manager, CRM Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of email and/or mobile push/in-app marketing experience
- Experience implementing campaigns from concept through to execution and post-campaign analysis
- Strong ESP experience, especially onboarding new platforms
- Experience in an e-commerce, subscription, or B2C
