Our eCommerce client is looking for a Full Time SEM Manager to join their team.

**This client is located in Batavia, IL and not easily accessible by public transportation. A car is preferred for this role and parking is onsite at the clients office. **

This is an exciting role for an SEM Manager to work with a family run business in the western suburbs, managing all aspects of search marketing strategy which includes SEO, paid search ads, product listings, and display advertising. The ideal SEM Manager would have 5+ years of search marketing experience and at least 1 year with a B2B or eCommerce company.

Responsibilities of the SEM Manager:
-Managing the search strategy and execution for brands
-Create a testing plan for ad copy and landing page
-Monitor competitor’s impressions, rankings and products
-Consult with product development on product expansions
-Provide details on opportunities with the search space
-Influence landing pages design based on trends
-Identify merchandising optimizations and SEO content
-Manage spend budget across hundreds of ad campaigns
-Optimize ads for new customer growth
-Maintain specific ROAS measures
-Report KPIs on weekly and monthly basis to stake holders

Required skills of SEM Manager:
-Data driven - strong math and statistics skills
-Google AdWords Certification
-Experience with web analytics programs
(Google Analytics; Core Metrics)
-Experience with web testing
(Visual Web Optimizer; Optimizely)
-5+ years of search marketing experience, with at least one year in B2B or eCommerce
