Leading fashion e-commerce brand is seeking a CRM Director to join their team!

The Director of CRM will be responsible conceptualizing, managing and driving all CRM & Loyalty program initiatives.

You must have experience building a loyalty program from beginning to end. Background in the fashion or luxury space is highly preferred!

Director of CRM Responsibilities:
- Ability to drive on-going optimization
-Define KPIs and set measurement benchmarks for multiple CRM campaigns
-Build customer service path from start-to end
-Work with data team to analyze customer streamlines to engage and retain consumers
-Write content for campaigns
-Cross selling experience
-Manage ESP and loyalty programs

Director of CRM Requirements:
-Must have 5+ years experience managing CRM programs at a large eCommerce brand
-Must have experience leading and managing a small team;
- Strong written and oral communication skills
-Highly strategic thinker
-Proven record of increasing retention rates
-Experience building and engaging customers and a proven track record of retaining customers
