Retail client is looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to join their team!

CRM Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
-Understand customer segmentation and customer journey, where customers are coming from and how brand can continue to engage
-Plan CRM campaigns (email, SMS content and social media) that drive sales
-Work with cross functional teams to plan and execute campaigns
-A/B testing to improve KPIs
-Manage referral and loyalty programs

CRM Marketing Manager Requirements:
-2+ years experience working on CRM, loyalty, media and lifecycle marketing campaign
-Experience growing customer list for B2C brands
-Strong Excel skills and data-driven/analytical
-Ability to manage projects with multiple teams
-Building and managing KPIs
-Startup and eCommerce experience a plus
-Team player and strategic thinker!
-Google Analytics and media platform experience a huge plus!
