Hot social agency client is seeking a Director, Paid Media Strategy to join their growing team. The role will be reporting in to the VP of Campaign Operations and will have two Strategist reports.

Director, Paid Media Strategy Responsibilities:
- Strategy, execution, performance and reporting of paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Snap, Pinterest, etc.
- A/B testing, brand lift surveys & other attribution based measurement studies across social channels
- Day-to-day management of activity on campaigns for top clients
- Oversee and manage creation and execution of campaigns designed to deliver, in-store attribution, TV tune in, sales lift, brand awareness, etc.

Director, Paid Media Strategy Requirements:
- You are a paid social EXPERT, with 8-10+ years extensive agency experience is a MUST
- MUST have experience running multiple campaigns at once and overseeing a team running multiple campaigns at once.
- You have demonstrated ability to not only execute paid social campaigns but have taken a deep dive on developing a full campaign from concept to reporting on performance
- You know NUMBERS, must have strong analytics and reporting skills to assess and campaigns and provide insight on campaign performance and how it can be improved based on hard data
- Having working with large scale budgets, i.e. $150-$350k/month
- Must have experience leading a team
