Do you have a background creating customer loyalty/retention programs and have had proven success? If so, we are looking for you!

Our client, a medical device company, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
-Create a customer loyalty/retention program from scratch
-Launch new marketing/communication campaigns
-Manage all aspects of communication: product promotion, sales support, and coordination of communication
-Work closely with 3rd party agency to manager social media content
-Utilize client current technology and communication platforms to engage with customers

Marketing Manager Qualifications:
-3+ years of customer loyalty/retention/relationship program experience (5+ years of overall experience in marketing)
-Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing or Communications
-Strategic and analytical
-Strong writing skills
-Proficient in Word, Powerpoint, Excel and CRM Programs (such as Hubspot)
-Salesforce experience is a plus
-Experience creating/managing content for social media platforms (Hootsuite: Twitter, LinkedIn, Instragram and Facebook)
-Ability to travel when needed (will be less than 25% for tradeshows, seminars, customer celebrations, etc)
