Our client is a fun nonprofit, focused on men's health. They are seeking a Marketing Director to join their team and lead their US Marketing efforts.

- Support CMO on management and delivery of key Marketing and Communications initiatives
- Manage, mentor and inspire a team of 2-3 people
- Work in tandem with US Director to lead cross functional efforts
- Collaborate with Fundraising teams, overseeing the planning, coordination and delivery of all donor facing activity via a fully integrated approach
- Drive year-round relevance, engagement and audience growth through developing a holistic and integrated marketing strategy that aligns with the global marketing strategy
- Create high impact, multi-channel campaign plan to engage our audiences and ensure fundraising goals are met
- Support the Marketing Manager in the development and delivery of the paid ATL and donated media strategy to deliver year on year growth in reach, impact and value across all paid media channels
- Ensure brand strategy integration aligns within all plans

- Extensive marketing experience with strong background delivery fully integrated campaigns
- Demonstrated experience delivering results across multiple channels
- Wide spread experience of analyzing and using data to inform decision making
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate with and influence others at a senior level, both internally and externally
- Must be willing and available to work with teams in multiple time zones.
- Must be willing to travel, at least 25% of the time, including international travel at times
