Our corporate client is seeking a full time Senior Marketing Automation Manager.

Senior Marketing Automation Manager responsibilities:
- Strategize, implement, and oversee email marketing tools and campaigns to further business and individuals further along in the sales funnel. Must understand how to target new consumers, current customers (growth + retention), business, etc. all separately and ensure they're getting the right content
- Manage, monitor and mentor a team of marketing automation/email individuals including conducting A/B testing then managing KPI reporting for those campaigns
- Assist in the implementation of new digital marketing initiatives including rollout of new marketing automation & operations tool
- Ability to take customers through a progressive funnel of communications
- Work within brand standards, approvals necessary and federal regulations prior to execution of email campaigns

Senior Marketing Automation Manager REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years experience at a large corporate company
- Experience across B2B and B2C. Understanding email strategy for both and how to move them further along in the sales funnel.
- Experience with Marketo or Pardot
- Knowledge of how email marketing fits within the overall digital strategy across social media, paid search, web content etc.
- Collaborate with digital marketing, ecommerce, marketing operations, creative service teams and more
- Proven, successful implementation of new marketing technology
- Knowledge of content management systems, user experience testing and the customer personas
- Drive to stay abreast of emerging digital marketing/email tech, best practices, and trends
