Our healthcare focused client is seeking a Program Manager - SEM to join their growing marketing team!

Program Manager - SEM Responsibilities:
- Work with internal and externals team to launch campaigns across search engine platforms, social accounts and more.
- Optimization of bids, campaign actions, budget pacing and campaign planning that is in alignment with business objectives
- Monitor and analyze search and display campaigns, supplying recommendations to improve testing via ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies and keywords
- Analyze data from tools to measure key metrics and trend reports, drawing actionable insights across all customer journey's
- Optimize copy and landing pages to improve funnel conversions
- Conduct in-depth channel analyses and draw actionable insights from data across all customer journey touch points, troubleshoot channel performance with data analysis

Program Manager - SEMRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 5-7+ years of hands-on SEM experience primarily in paid search, DSP/DMP and programmatic buying (DoubleClick or other) experience a plus
- Agency experience preferred
- Proficient with SEM reporting and analytical tools
- Certification in Google Adwords; Google Analytics, Doublechlick Search is a plus
- Proficient to expert with Word, Excel, HTML and JavaScript
- High energy, forward-thinking, and quick learner who works well in a fast-paced environment and wants to work within a robust, cutting-edge demand-gen team
- Highly collaborative team player
