A boutique ad agency client is looking for a Creative Office Coordinator to join its team on an onsite, 3-6+ months ongoing, 30+ hours per week and freelance to possible full-time basis.

The Creative Office Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing all creative projects from start to finish, including making sure all assets are delivered and stored properly, internal employee timecards and benefits are up to date, client communications and invoicing are prompt and up to speed and much much more!

Proficiencies:
- 2+ years of Creative Office Coordination experience in an agency environment
- Strong organization and follow through skills are key to succeeding in this role
- Willing to wear many hats, roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done exceptionally well to move the agency and their clients business forward
- Creative problem solver, patient, confident and transparent
- Microsoft office, Gusto, and understands project management tools
- Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign are desired, but not required

This is an onsite, 3-6+ month ongoing, 30 hours per week, freelance to possible full-time opportunity.
