eCommerce client is looking for a Paid Social Marketing Manager to join their growing team!

The Paid Social Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the spend and campaigns across all channels. Must have experience working with 1M +/month budgets.

Responsibilities:
-Managing and mentor junior staff
-Build and manage budget (reporting performance, P&L monthly, quarterly and annual basis)
-Manage spend across across all channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google)
-Develop the strategy, analyze and report on findings to internal stakeholders
-Work with creative team to create ads
-Create and drive KPIs to increase customer engagement and retention
-A/B testing

Requirements:
-5+ years digital performance marketing experience (managing 1M+ buys a month)
-Knowledge of pixels and Google tag manager
-Direct to consumer experience a must!
-Skilled in Optimizely, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Shopify, Facebook Analytics, Google Merchant Group
-Experience working across all paid social platforms, SEM platforms, DSPs and influencer programs
-Thrive in a fast-paced environment, wearing multiple hats
-Able to work after hours / weekends as needed
-Write content
