Our agency client in the Western Suburbs is looking to hire a Junior Account / Marketing Coordinator to join their team for about five months of freelance, with potential to go full-time!

The ideal Junior Account / Marketing Coordinator:
• Excel experience is huge, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast paced/busy environment.
• Strong communication and administration skills are essential
• Will be a self-starter/requires minimal direct supervision
• Excel skills are required
• 1-5 yrs. customer service experience (not call center) using a system to manage workload.
• Strong written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain positive +professional demeanor
• Attention to detail, time management, and prioritizing daily work are critical to success in the role.
• Salesforce experience and direct marketing exp is a plus

The Junior Account / Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining excellence in client service and handling the day-to-day responsibilities of communicating with the sales teams and peers.
