Our client, a Dallas-based software company, is looking for an Event Coordinator to help with ongoing projects. This REMOTE, part-time freelance assignment will continue on an ongoing basis (15-20 hours per week).

Event Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Manage planning and logistics for all tradeshows, conferences and other events, including event research, exhibit space acquisition, booth management, attendee registration, sponsorships/association fees, and provision of event collateral and giveaways
- Coordinate special events associated with tradeshows/conferences (client/prospect dinners, happy hours, etc.)
- Coordinate internal events including sales meetings, team dinners, entertainment outings, etc.
- Assist with planning content and posting social media content involving upcoming events

Event Coordinator Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in event planning/coordination
- Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
- Must have own laptop
- Must be responsive during workday hours
