Our agency client is looking for a FULL-TIME Bilingual Creative Director to join their team! This is a hybrid role that requires time onsite at the clients office in downtown Dallas.

The Bilingual Creative Director is the leader of the creative team on all communication development! This is a highly visible, client-facing role that oversees multiple creative campaigns and projects.

Bilingual Creative Director Responsibilities:
- Review concepts, copy and visuals, presentations prepared by creative team, always adhering to style guides and brand voice/personality
- Attend business reviews, briefing sessions and other internal meetings to review all assigned work
- Participate in concept development sessions
- Review creative briefs, evaluate copy and layouts, with close attention to strategic accuracy
- Collaborate with account and creative team to jointly agree on best communication direction
- Manage various project timelines, ensure timely delivery of all assets, and communicate any deviations to team(s)
- Lead internal and external ideation sessions to engage in creative problem solving
- Build strong client partnerships and display expertise in client's business/category
- Present concept ideas, story lines, radio scripts, copy, storyboards, etc. to internal teams and clients
- Participate in the production of broadcast materials, including casting, reviewing dailies, participation in pre-production meetings and rewriting copy for ease of delivery or time restrictions
- Attend editing/mixing/recording sessions and final screenings to ensure quality and accuracy of finished product
- Consistently bring ideas and new concepts to the table
- Mentor and coach creative team, always creating a learning environment to encourage new ideas
- Participate in hiring, promotions, salary adjustments, and evaluations of creative team

Bilingual Creative Director Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years' copywriting and or art directing experience in agency with at least 2 years supervisory experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Portfolio showcasing work across various formats (broadcast, print, non-traditional)
- Familiar with production requirements including time factors associated with print and broadcast
