Our faith-based client is looking for a TV Project Coordinator! This HYBRID, full-time opportunity starts immediately for the right candidate.

The TV Project Coordinator will assist the TV Production Supervisor and serve as a traffic coordinator for several departments in the organization. They will forecast upcoming projects, delegate projects and tasks to the team, allocate resources and set clear objectives and deadlines.

TV Project Coordinator Requirements
- Bachelors Degree required
- 3 + years experience
- Knowledge of TV scheduling

TV Project Coordinator Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to determine project scope and construct project briefs
- Build out Trello cards, Assign projects, set deadlines, and allocate resources
- Oversee and manage project progress, reporting and forecasting to ensure all project deadlines have been met
- Participate in weekly meetings to provide comprehensive project updates
- Draft letters, emails, and additional correspondence on behalf of the department
- Schedule Zoom meetings, webinars, and recordings as requested
