Our HR services client in Dallas is looking for a REMOTE, freelance Proposal Writer to start the week of June 13, from 30 - 40 hours per week with the possibility of permanent employment.

The Proposal Writer coordinates and writes responses for proposals, finalist presentations and possibly sales decks.

We're looking for an Proposal Writer who is resourceful, agile, flexible and can handle different types of RFP responses for a variety of stakeholders (including brokers) in a fast-paced environment.

Proposal Writer Responsibilities
Develop keen knowledge of client services, capabilities and RFP processes
Employ efficient ways to gather RFP data or content (right resources, re-purpose / tweak previous responses, set up/conduct calls with stakeholders, etc.)
Proactively coordinate activities associated with RFP process from review to delivery
Ensure quality of service and content while following brand guidelines and adhering to customer specifications
Maintain RFP content, assets and resources
Help resolve issues along RFP process
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks for timely execution and submission

Proposal Writer Requirements
5+ years' RFP, grant or proposal writing experience
Efficient, precise, independent, assertive
