Our sports franchise client in Arlington is looking for a REMOTE, freelance Graphic Designer to start next week for between 15 - 25 hours per week for the next three weeks.

The Graphic Designer will design and lay out the cover and specific pages (mostly feature articles in standard section or Q&A format) for a monthly program guide.

There are up to 5 articles ranging from 2 - 4 pages each.

You must be comfortable with moving deadlines that depend on the actual delivery of content and able to work nimbly once provided.

This could be ongoing monthly work for the next 5 months for the right candidate!

Graphic Designer Responsibilities
- Design cover from scratch, incorporating some standard elements
- Design each article and lay out, using type of article (Q&A, regular feature with sections, etc.) and subject matter as a guide
- Design graphics, edit selected photos and/or develop simple infographics as desired to visually communicate some info in article
- Ensure all pages are print-ready

Graphic Designer Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating design and layout of article content and publication covers
- Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Strong print production skills
