Our financial services client in Irving is looking for a Social Media & Corporate Events Manager to join their team FULL-TIME starting this month!

This role requires onsite presence at the client's Irving office Tuesdays and Wednesdays and starting September Tuesdays - Thursdays.

The Social Media & Corporate Events Manager will develop and manage the strategy for organic campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube as well as around 30 annual live corporate events (regional and annual member conferences, webinars, member trainings, lunches, tradeshows, webinars) across five states.

Social Media & Corporate Events Manager Responsibilities
- Develop social media strategies to drive brand awareness, culture, programs and products with key audiences
- Create, curate, manage social media content/campaigns
- Collaborate with staff and SMEs to create assets/content
- Monitor topics, trends, best practices to informstrategy
- Define, track and analyze social media KPIs
- Manage & maintain social media calendar & reporting dashboard
- Identify, monitor, assess risk; update and carry out social media policies and procedures
- Plan, coordinate, execute and oversee events
- For webinars, ensure users connected, moderate
- Manage external event management resources, photographers, videographers
- Oversee event contracts (vendors, booking, hotels, etc.)
- Coordinate, plan and execute media events (check presentations, groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, etc.
- Coordinate and support tradeshow involvement (order materials, logistics, event calendar, promo item inventory)
- Manage event budget and expenses, including ads, vendor onboarding, PO creation, disclosures, etc.
- Build and manage online and onsite registrations

Social Media & Corporate Events Manager Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- 3+ years social media, PR, event planning experience
- Demonstrated ability to set and deliver against KPIs.
- Microsoft 365 suite, esp PowerPoint
- Social media tools like Hootsuite and event tool like Cvent
- Virtual event platforms like Teams or Zoom
- Travel up to 25% required to TX, NM, LA, AR, MS
- Available to work extended or weekend hours
