Our fast-growing entertainment client is looking for a REMOTE Field Marketing Manager in a contract-to-hire capacity to start as soon as this month.
In this exciting, new role, the Field Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing all marketing strategies maintaining and improving brand image across various locations.
Inter-state travel required 50% of the time -- Southeast USA (GA, FL, NC, SC. Franchise locations also in OH, PA and DE, but that is more sporadic.
FIELD MARKETING MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day to day marketing programming and activation including, creating and managing the local field marketing calendar, submitting local social content, and fulfilling donation requests
- Execute all local campaigns, programs, and events
- Ideate on brining unique ideas and local flare to individual locations and campaigns
- Ensure all marketing collateral is aligned with brand standards
- Collaborate with local leadership and agency partners to execute marketing programs for openings
- Track results of all marketing efforts to assist the planning of future activations
- Become an expert on the market with the ability to identify key competitors, local influencers to partner with, and social media groups to follow
- Capture compelling and relevant social content for the marketing support team
- Assist with other marketing and communications initiatives as needed
FIELD MARKETING MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years experience in marketing or field marketing
- Franchise, family entertainment and/or membership sales experience a plus
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or PR a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office software, especially Excel
