Our health and wellness client is looking for FULL-TIME, REMOTE Creative Director.

The Creative Director will be the leader of creative strategy and activate the brand through all creative projects to drive all company goals. With several new initiatives on the horizon, the Creative Director has the opportunity to guide several rebranding projects as well as bring new ideas to the overall brand!

Creative Director Responsibilities:
- Lead all creative projects including marketing materials, product re-branding, vertical launch campaigns, event collateral, data-driven design initiatives and more
- Manage the creative process from concept to completion
- Translate marketing and company objectives into clear creative strategies
- Collaborate with various internal teams to create new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications
- Responsible for the strategy, ideation, and conception of graphic elements for print and digital marketing needs
- Manage all creative design projects cross-functionally across internal teams and external vendors
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve a cohesive brand identity
- Develop a brand system and brand guidelines for individual products
- Consult on the look for interior design, tradeshow/ experiential design, and events to ensure brand cohesiveness
- Provide art/design direction and mentorship to designers
- Stay up-to-date on cutting-edge tactics, and best practices to provide input on brand stewardship
- Collaborate with internal teams, including video production, sales, and marketing + content production to drive creative work
- Continually sharpen and protect brand guidelines and ensure all brand identity is maintained across all work
- Create compelling creative presentation decks for external clients
- Lead the creative team by interviewing, training, mentoring, reviewing work, and providing feedback for team members
- Facilitate presentations for company leadership and Board of Directors

Creative Director Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in graphic design, visual communications or similar field
- 7+ years of combined management, project management, UX design and/or graphic design experience
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in web, print and digital design
- Experience in the health/wellness or benefits industry is preferred
- Understanding of UX/UI design practices is preferred
