Our client, a specialized construction company, is in need of a FULL-TIME Marketing Manager to work onsite in their office in McKinney.

The Marketing Manager will be the go-to person for all things marketing related and have the opportunity to create and bring new innovative ideas to life!

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Respond to RFQs & RFPs
- Translate innovative and strategic ideas into proposal content
- Work directly with various internal teams, including business development, marketing, operations, and leadership, on proposal content to keep branding and messaging consistent through all materials
- Plan and lead events, including annual tradeshows, award submissions and major office meetings/events
- Collaborate across various internal teams to create and strengthen marketing collateral
- Assist in planning and communicating marketing strategy for the company
- Manage CRM database
- Hire, manage and develop the marketing team
- Research industry data, local/regional market news to stay up-to-date on projects, trends, and to identify new opportunities for promoting/branding
- Manage local marketing budget
- Host weekly team marketing meetings and attend marketing leadership meetings
- Represent the company to clients and business associates at industry-related organizations/events

Marketing Manager Qualifications
- 5+ years in Marketing
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Design, Communications or other related field
- Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) background
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Proposal/RFP experience
