Our Dallas, faith-based client that works to promote inclusion of LGBTQ people is looking for a FULL-TIME, ONSITE Graphic Designer + Social Media Specialist to join their team as soon as this month.

The Graphic Designer + Social Media Specialist is instrumental in growing the organizations reach and exposure through compelling social media content and digital communications.

Graphic Designer + Social Media Specialist Responsibilities:
- Create engaging graphics for multiple social media channels
- Collaborate with various internal teams to cultivate stories and content for use in marketing and development communications
- Assist with designing and sending e-blasts in conjunction with content shared on social media
- Customize marketing communications to target diverse audiences including donors, program alumni, prospective program participants, and other supporters
- Translate complex issues/content into clear, concise, consumer-facing language + design
- Assist in developing the content calendar for multiple channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
- Collaborate with Executive Director to strategize on social media tactics to grow audiences
- Execute all social media posts, roughly one a day per platform
- Edit videos for social and digital platforms
- Track engagement metrics to measure the organizations social media performance
- Engage with constituents by responding to inquiries on our social media channels
- Stay up-to-date on new trends and propose new ideas to optimize social media strategy
- Assist with website maintenance as needed
- Ensure brand standards are followed throughout all social media channels

Graphic Designer + Social Media Specialist Qualifications:
- A portfolio showcasing graphic design skills, specifically for social media
- Experience managing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter)
- Experience in basic video editing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively disseminate messages and grow followings on social media
- Experience with online platforms such as Campaign Monitor, Canva, and WordPress
