Our boutique agency client in Dallas is looking for a FULL TIME SEO Director. This is a hybrid position that will require some days onsite for team meetings at the agency's newly renovated downtown Dallas office starting in June 2022.

The SEO Director will be the leader of SEO strategy and optimize the organic search campaigns from conception through to the analytics. The SEO Director will have the opportunity to establish, manage and mentor the organic search team.

SEO Director Responsibilities:
- Create and oversee organic search strategy for individual clients
- Manage all campaigns, analyze performance, and present campaign results directly to clients
- Oversee the onboarding and implementation of new organic search clients
- Develop and streamline organic search processes to improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with account managers to promote the impact of organic search to clients
- Lead team development, training, and growth of each individual on organic search team
- Collaborate across multiple internal teams to advance understanding of organic SEO
- Work cross departmentally with media and analytics teams to extract insights to drive leads
- Stay up-to-date with industry changes, innovation and SERP trends
- Lead monthly brainstorm sessions introducing new tactics
- Champion organic SEO strategy to clients, as well as in pitches/business development initiatives
- Write blogs, whitepapers, and other publications as relevant topics present themselves
- Build a working knowledge of all paid media, beyond Organic SEO

SEO Director Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, or another related field.
- 8+ years of work experience in organic SEO strategy
- Experience in developing and managing a team
- Experience in the Google Suite of Products (ie: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Optimize)
- Experience working on SEO strategies for multi-location businesses, including both service area businesses and brick and mortar stores.
- Knowledge of organic search software, including SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Moz.
- Understanding of the relationship between organic search and traditional + digital media channels
