Our digital marketing client is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join their team! This FULLY REMOTE, full-time position starts in January, and comes with comprehensive benefits.

The Marketing Automation Specialist will own and optimize the client's CRM in Marketo.

Marketing Automation Specialist Requirements
- Bachelors' degree required
- 2+ years' Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud experience with objects, data types, roles, profiles, campaigns, reports
- Marketo experience required
- Proficiency in HTML, data extensions, triggered sends, automation studio, journey builder and contact builder
- Demonstrated B2B marketing experience
- Google Analytics, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Marketing Automation Specialist Responsibilities
Configure, implement, integrate, and optimize the client's martech stack to improve campaign development / tracking, lead management and demand generation
Collaborate with marketing team to create a consolidated marketing performance, data, ROI, and reporting framework in Salesforce and Marketo to track progress, improve efficiency, and help demonstrate marketing's impact on the organization.
Create, deploy and monitor automation activities, marketing journeys, email communications, SMS communications, web forms and microsites
Ensure all inbound marketing leads are appropriately tagged and identified in Salesforce
Create and maintain contact strategy - establish business rules, prevent database exhaustion & adhere to privacy laws
Integrate, continually optimize and manage databases (more dynamic segmentation, retargeting, etc.) across systems for use in CRM and automation activities
Build campaign objects/ codes within Salesforce for marketing tactics (events, email campaigns, etc.)
Make recommendations for optimal marketing tactic coding framework
Navigate technical aspects of CRM programs and digital/direct marketing tactics
Support all direct communications with prospects/clients through the CRM platform
Ensure all systems and channels track accurately and data processed in an automated, readable format
Analyze marketing programs and engines monthly, quarterly, semiannually and annually
Prepare reports with graphs and written text that translates complex results, information and findings
Help manage technology and marketing vendor contracts, recommending opportunities to streamline and invest
