Our growing digital agency client is looking for a Full Time Paid Media Manager for a FULLY REMOTE opportunity.

For this role, the Paid Media Manager must have at least 6+ years' experience,be comfortable in a client facing role, has experience working in agencies and is comfortable managing team members.

The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Planning and development of paid media campaigns that includes forecasting, targeting, budget recommendations and translation needs.
- Managing 2 junior team members and their performance.
- Acting an SME within the agency for paid media and helping with information for RFPs and new business pitches.
- Pulling reporting and bringing insights to the clients campaigns and optimizing new campaigns based on results.
- Analyzing KPIs and finding new areas of opportunity for increases in the business.
- Bringing trends to the clients and being collaborative in what they need for their paid media campaigns.
- Managing multiple client campaigns at once and ensuring that aspects are being delivered on time.
- Mentoring new clients on best practices for paid media within the eCommerce space.
- Overseeing the work output of team members and QA'ing that everything is accurate.
- Bringing experience of working with the internal creative team and ensuring that ad extensions and A/B testing is being done.

- Google Ads (current certification)
- Facebook and LinkedIn Ads
- Microsoft Office- especially Excel and PowerPoint
