Our client, a B2B martech company has an immediate need for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager. This full-time role will require onsite work in Fort Worth for the first 90 days, before transitioning to fully remote with occasional onsite meetings.

The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will lead and oversee the strategy and execution of various inbound marketing initiatives and programs to drive lead generation and customer growth. The Marketing Manager should have a proven track record of building tactics to generate leads in the B2B space.

Marketing Manager responsibilities:
- Develop positioning statements and buyer personas
- Design, plan, manage and optimize a multichannel integrated strategy to drive growth and demand through inbound activity
-Work closely with sales team to refine CRM process for lead management
-Improve sales funnel conversion rate through the creation of nurture campaigns
-Cross-collaborate with in-house creators to develop digital ads, social media campaigns, webpages, webinars, communications, and videos that support strategic growth initiatives
-Track, monitor and report on success of projects and programs
-Assess market trends and opportunities
-Strategize with SEO experts to align business goals

Marketing Manager requirements:
-3+ years of experience in integrated marketing, acquisition marketing or demand generation
-Proficiency in a CRM system such as Microsoft Dynamics 365
-Experience with using LinkedIn as a B2B lead generation tool is a plus!
