Rate Up to $50 an hour/ depending on experience
Our client in the retail space has a need for an exciting need for a Brand Marketing Manager! This role will be 40 hours a week with the opportunity to convert to Full Time for the right fit.

The Brand Marketing Manager will be mostly work from home, but needs to be based in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area for meetings.

For this role, the Brand Marketing Manager must have at least 7+ years' experience, retail or promotional experience is ideal and a strong background working with cross-functional departments.

The Brand Marketing Manager will work on the following:
- Creating go-to-market plans to achieve category and product goals.
- Working with merchandising and vendors to create marketing programs across channels.
- Really taking strategic lead on how brand, category and customer insights drive marketing programs and decisions.
- Taking findings from campaigns and pivoting based on results.
- Writing briefs for the internal creative and channel marketing teams.
- Ensuring that tasks are being achieved against project deadlines and timelines.
- Participating in planning conversations and long-term strategic goal meetings to ensure that recommendations are aligned.
